Written high-voltage safety procedures, ready to adopt Lockout/tagout, PPE selection and inspection, isolation verification, emergency response. Formatted as shop policy. Sign it and it's yours. Most shops pay a consultant four figures to produce this document, or never produce it at all.
Documentation and inspection templates The forms and photo protocol that support an invoice, a supplement, or a liability question eighteen months later.
