UP TO 100% REIMBURSABLE
Massachusetts-Funded EV Technician Training
Get your techs certified to service electric and hybrid vehicles. Eligible Massachusetts shops and fleets can be reimbursed up to 100% of the training fee through the state's Workforce Training Fund Express Program.
Determine whether you qualify in three questions
If you can answer yes to all three, your business is likely eligible for Express reimbursement.
For-profit MA business?
With an office, shop or other physical location in MA (not a home address or P.O. box).
100 or fewer MA employees?
Counted as Massachusetts W-2 employees. Larger companies can use the General Program.
Training your own employees?
Trainees must be full- or part-time payroll employees working in Massachusetts.
All for-profit Massachusetts companies pay into the Workforce Training Fund through unemployment insurance contributions, so most independent repair shops, collision shops and private fleets qualify. Not sure? Ask us and we'll walk you through it.
