EV Mechanic Training
EV Mechanic Training is built for independent techs, shop owners, and serious enthusiasts. Our 4-day, hands-on training includes everything you need to repair and build EV engines from any manufacturer. You will be working on EV systems from day one. You’ll leave ready to power down high-voltage safely, diagnose EV failures, and add profitable services to your business.


Day 2: EV Components & Systems
Battery packs, Motor and inverter, charging, thermal management, diagnostic tools and equipment.
Day 3: Diagnosis & Repair Procedures
Common failure modes, diagnostics, testing procedures, preventive maintenance schedules, battery health assessment, parts sourcing and availability.
Day 1: High-Voltage Safety and Fundamentals
OSHA-compliant safety protocols, PPE, procedures, high-voltage system identification.
Day 4: Upscaling Your Business
Policy and procedure application, running an EV shop, finding the market and attracting customers.

Do I need prior EV experience?
No. If you can service cars now, you’ll be able to learn EV safety, diagnostics, and repair here.
How long is the training?
Four days, intensive and hands-on. You’ll be working on real EV components, not just watching slides.
